Prior to project start
- Painting specifications
- Color imaging of you community
- Detailed proposal
During the painting process
- Notification to residents with start dates
- Bleaching and hydro washing of painted surfaces
- Trenching of all areas below grade
- Patching of all stucco areas
- Sanding and priming of all bare and exposed wood areas
- Priming of any rusted areas on wrought iron
- Complete protection of all surfaces not being painted
- Application of all materials by trained and experienced professionals
- Daily progress and quality inspections performed
- Storing of all materials and equipment on-site in a portable bin
Upon completion
- Notification given to each homeowner that work has been completed on their unit
- Final inspection of all areas completed with H. O. A. and management company
